- Pisar el dulce de membrillo y el dulce de batata (si es necesario lo pongo unos segundos en el microondas) .
- Separar imaginariamente la tarta en dos y poner de un lado el dulce de membrillo y del otro el de batata. Emparejar .
- Con la masa restante hacer el enrejado de la manera que más te guste. Pintar con huevo batido las tiras. No pintar los bordes para que no se pegue al molde.
- Llevar a cocinar a horno 180°/190° durante 20/25 minutos aproximadamente.
- Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar.
- Para decorar colocar la jalea de brillo con el agua en un recipiente y llevar al microondas 1 minuto aproximadamente.
- Pincelar por completo la pasta frola y por los bordes decorar con coco.
