  3. Hacemos un volcán en el centro, vertemos hay la masa y vamos uniendo la harina del exterior hacia el centro amasando hasta que este incorporada si nos hace falta añadir más harina podemos poner más, pero esta masa debe de quedar manipulable pero pegajosa,
  4. Una vez que tengamos la masa a punto la dejamos sobre la encimera cubierta con un paño durante 15 minutos para que repose. Cuando haya reposado la masa ponemos abundante aceite en una sartén a calentar necesitamos que este caliente pero no humeante,
  5. Sobre la encimera ponemos una fina capa de harina y las manos también no las cubrimos con harina para poder formar las rosquillas de la siguiente manera, cogeremos porciones de masa y hacemos una bola a la cual le hacemos un agujero al centro con los dedos.
  6. Estiramos para que no se cierre. Freírlas, cuando tengamos 3 o 4 hechas según el tamaño que le hayamos dado las freímos hasta que estén doradas, las dejamos escurrir sobre papel absorbente.
  7. Las pasamos ligeramente por licor de plátano y dejamos que se absorban un momento sobre una rejilla, después pasamos por el azúcar, las ponemos sobre la bandeja de servir y a disfrutar. Probadlas os van a encantar.
