- Después añadimos el vino, agua, azafrán, un pellizco de sal, pimienta negra, laurel, los clavos
- Colocamos el varoma en posición (aquí si se desea se puede poner unas patatas a cocinar al vapor como guarnición)
- Tapar Varoma y programar 30' temperatura Varoma velocidad 1, retiramos a una fuente y reservamos, añadimos los 50 pan frito y programamos 1' velocidad progresiva de 5 a 10 después vertemos la salsa encima albóndigas y servir.
