- Precalentamos el horno por arriba y por abajo a toda potencia, mientras preparamos los ingredientes


- Con un pincel de silicona pintamos la masa con la salsa de tomate, (ojo con no poner mucha salsa para no reblandecer la masa) a continuación la cubrimos con el preparado de 4 quesos para pizza



- Cortamos muy fina la cebolla y la añadimos por encima del queso


- Añadimos el jamón dulce

- Cortamos los tomatitos a la mitad

- Con la ayuda de una cucharilla ponemos el paté de tomates secos y el orégano, a continuación procedemos a hornear durante 10 minutos por arriba y por abajo la pizza a máxima temperatura



- Mientras la pizza se va cocinando preparamos el aguacate y lo cortamos en pequeños dados


- Transcurridos los 10 minutos de hornear la pizza, comprobamos que ya esté cocinada, debe quedarnos crujiente en su base. La sacamos del horno y ponemos por encima los dados de aguacate y las hojas de rúcula, opcionalmente podemos añadir por encima de la rúcula un poco de crema bálsamica de modena
