- Calentar el aceite de girasol en una sartén amplia o freidora a 150°C
- Tomar la masa, porcionar y formar bolas de 25 gr. aproximadamente. Hacer con los dedos un agujero en cada bola y freírlas en el aceite. Luego, ponerlas sobre papel absorbente y espolvorear con azúcar glass.
